The Right to Shut Up

Very few people were surprised to hear that Rush Limbaugh is accusing the president of being “immature and inexperienced”. Rush is pretty well-known (thanks to his popular radio program) to be outspoken about his stupid ideas which would have caused him harm if he were dealing with regular people. However, Rush’s listeners are bitter people who blame most of the problems they have in life on others – be it their parents, their teachers, their boss, their spouse or society in general. Rush supplies their appetite for negativism and his idiotic words are like music to their ears.

This time, however, he picked on a target which is ten times larger than himself and a thousand times more worthy – the President of the United States. There are many reasons for Rush’s hatred of the president, and not the least of those is racism. Rush and his followers believe that there is a class of people who deserve to be presidents. Those people happen to be white, like Rush himself, and since the current president does not belong to that class of people Rush hates everything about him. This hatred is like heartburn that won’t go away and it pushes Rush to raise the subject almost every day. It began with his admitted wish for the president to fail. This statement in and by itself is actually no less than treason and if, God forbid, it comes true it will cause many Americans a lot of pain, but Rush does not care, nor do his followers who keep listening to his radio program daily.

Here is a warning for you, Mr. Limbaugh – if you don’t shut up we will find a way to take care of you and your fat ugly ass. You have the right to shut up. For your and our sake use it or you will pay the price. Promise.
