Underage Drinking

Now as you know underage drinking is a big problem in nearly every country in the world. And in new zealand it seems like everyone drinks which is a problem as it leads to underage sex and driving. And with underage driving it can lead to death of the driver and others. Now the new zealand government is trying to raise the driving age and lower the alcohol level for drivers which i personal think is a great idea as most of the deaths in New Zealand are from drunk drivers. but i also think that with the raise in the driving age there should also be a drop in the public transport prices as it is too expensive for people, especially in the recession were the prices sky rocket and the wages plummet. i think that the New zealand government should decide what to do instead of wasting time with all these new laws.
