Acorn is not the only one committing voter fraud.

Acorn is not the only organization committing voter fraud in this year’s presidential election. Did you know that hundreds of thousands of Americans throughout the United States are considered disenfranchised voters and are not allowed to voice their opinion in this year’s election due to a criminal history?

Before you jump to conclusions and say that you agree with the idea that criminals should not be allowed to vote stop and think for a minute about how easy it is for someone in America who is   indigent to get convicted of a crime.

If a person is found guilty of a drug related crime which is the most common reason why Americans today find themselves incarcerated and does his time and pays his debt to society, Do you think that  he or she should lose their most fundamental right as an American? What does one thing have to do with the other?  Even though it’s not told to you by the judge that this is going to be part of your punishment for the rest of your life, it is however the reality of things that if you are found guilty of a felony in America today you lose  the right to vote.

I think the reason why judges don’t advise citizens of this punishment is because it’s not in the law to do this.

I am not saying that some criminals should not lose their right to vote, but don’t let it just be the poor ones who can’t fight back in court.
