America appears to be on the verge of a collapse, but does the leadership care enough to really do something about it?
I share the sentiments of many of you, who cares? It seems only the people who are being affected, the very ones who live through the burdens each day of supplying the simple necessities of a roof over their heads, a bed to rest, and food on the table.
Most from the government seem attentive to themselves while filling our ears with rhetoric and offering insignificant stimuli. They easily ignore the rest, the citizens whom they are suppose to represent. Do the politicians really care about what others care, when they drive or are driven in government vehicles, what the prices are of gasoline? Are their eyes ever opened wide if they were to look at the cost of food at the grocery stores? And are they truly rattled by people losing homes, jobs, health, and self-worth? If politicians did care then how did things get so out of control?
Many of the problems we encounter are not new. Almost everyone who has kept up with the economy knew these events would happen many years ago. Much of these situations we are forced to bear, have been recycled over again from a decade to over a half a century. But no leader or politician seemed to care enough then and so very little has changed since but the role players themselves. Why is it we can never get on track to our nation being the force it once was?
Those many we have commissioned with the power to oversee our affairs have sold that power to the highest bidders; they have exchanged their influence and decision making over our commonwealth to affluent and often foreign entities in order to personally ascend above the concerns of the common citizens. We are left to suffer the consequences of their mismanagement of our concerns because of their selfish indulgences and irresponsible agendas.
Our nation is being given away to a global market. Each day we see our system of government, its territories, and commodities sold to the advantage of conglomerates. The governmental, financial, and industrial institutions transfer holdings in the forms of land, goods, and services. And the common people are made pawns to this transference of sovereignty. They are regulated as employees of corporations to adhere to corporate procedures and mandates or lose their jobs. So often our citizens are forced to idly stand by as much of our commerce is handed away or even worse some must actually execute the conveyance of our businesses to some other foreign market.
Before our very eyes we see our nation dwindle in technology and resources. We now trail other nations in capabilities we were once held as the envy of the world. Yet there seems no relentless effort by our government to improve education systems and inspire businesses to try to even catch up. We are forced to seek the technical know how from those whom we have long provided assistance. It is now us who needs the help, but we are not getting it.
Worse still, it seems we have come to the time when we witness the old saying come of age, “the rich get richer and the poor get poorer…”, and the newer saying murmured, “America is turning into a third world nation”.
Who cares, but us poor little folk who can do little about it. The media who should be sounding aloud remain silent. They too are controlled by the institutions which are manipulated by the global take over. The propaganda machines are turned on to other diversionary issues. None of them make clarity of where to point, who are at fault and what is to be blamed. We are covered by clouds of unimportant controversy and misinformation. All of us are being mislead to direct our attention in other directions, so we may not see who comes to violate us from behind.
One day we shall arise to find out our nation is no longer ours to claim. Our Constitution, Pledge of Allegiance, and Civil Rights will no longer be the same. The invasion would not have taken place all in one instant. It would have taken place subtly while the country slept through the confiscation because few really bothered to answer, who cares.

Mr. Gilmore…I am sorry to say that it’s not because the government don’t care or that they are willfully turning America into a thirdworld country that we suffer…quite the contrary in fact.
America has been the super power and super wealth which has been supporting and funding the Socialistic/Communist movement for decades. They are working together, with other nations leaders, other super wealthy aristocracy, and dictators to form one world economy, one world religion over which they themselves will reign supreme as untouchable gods.
I am relieved to see that there are at least others in this country who are beginning to open their eyes to the fact that “We The People” are in big, fat trouble but it goes so much deeper than that. To say we are suffering and are in trouble is like comparing a scratch to a ruptured intestine. To say our leaders are self centered and ambitious is like saying Hitler didn’t like Jews. I’m sorry to say that our country has been removed from our autonomy. It’s no longer the government of the people, for the people and by the people but that’s the way the modern day Rome has come to pass, with just a few grammatical changes. A dictatorship formed and sustained because of the people, in spite of the people and on top of the people.
Hold on…the ship’s about to turn totally topsy-turvy. Get out of debt…if you can.
