Given all the hype surrounding the president is there any formidable challenger out there?
If you ever took a political science class, you know the value of name recognition, this is what in many ways put George Bush the second in the White house. The million dollar question is how did someone with the name Barack Obama get there? Was it just that the people had enough and were fed up with dynasties? I honestly did not think he had a chance to get elected, why? Simply because of his name.
You see Barack Obama proved to be the candidate whom the pollsters just couldn’t figure out. Even Hillary Clinton thought she could just walk over him. But alas the people had enough, more so the young generation, and believe me when i say this is why Mcain picked Palin as a running mate, the young fresh candidate. So having said that, is Obamas ticket written to the White house for a second term? If you say no, name two people that can give him a run for his money!.

anyone who wants to fight his socialist agenda will win in 2012. obama did not win by much this election just wait and see you complete moron.
um jindel, steele, palin…. a true conservative can and will win in 2012. if the bama ran against a true conservative in 2008, he would have lost!

I would have voted for Huckabee.
Huckabee tried his ultimate best.
Obama did his best.
I am happy either way.
In my opinion of what Obama said about being an unchristian nation was this;
1] There are many christians.
2] There are many muslims.
3] There are many agnoists.
4] There are many Islams.
There are many more people of different religions living here in the U.S.A.
We just have to come to the same thing.

Please just give Obama a chance to show what he is capable of.

He will lose big in 2012 unless he immediately discontinues the same foreign policy of the last century that has become bloated, inefficient, dishonest, and corporate-interest-serving. He will lose big if he doesn\’t pass true financial reform that recognizes the rights of ordinary citizens and not Wall Street. He will lose big if he doesn\’t own up to the 15-trillion dollar preferential bailout and intervention in private corporations. He will lose big if he doesn\’t keep handing more and more government-ordained, legally immune power to the Federal Reserve. He will lose big if he doesn\’t reduce the government to a size that will cut the deficit in the long term and lower taxes on hard-working Americans permanently. He will lose big if he doesn\’t realize that pumping money into an economy doesn\’t create jobs and devalues our currency. That is the short list. I also have a short list of two contenders who could defeat him:
1) Ron Paul
2) Ron Paul
