Why do white people make up the majority of Obama-haters?
All right, this is something that I’ve noticed recently. I can not help but notice what race of people do make up the majority of Obama-haters, white people.
This is not a diss to all white people. I’m just referring to Obama-haters.
Actually, Obama gain more white male votes than Al Gore and John Kerry, previous Democrats who ran for President.
I can understand if President Obamas’s political vision conflicts with another person’s. Still, I just can not help but to notice the racial make-up of those that outright do not like this man.
I’ve read everything from our President being the anti-Christ, to being just another crooked politician and all the way to him being another Adolf Hitler.
As my mother and I watched a news clip of the President giving a speech, I took notice of the gray spots in his hair.
“His hair is going to be pure white after four years,” I said.
“Uh huh,” my mother said.
I already know what’s going to happen. As this man tries to make this country better, the Obama-haters are going to grill him for every letter “I” he forgets to dot and every letter “T” he forgets to cross. Needless to say, they are going to play double standards.
You see it already. Recently, critics have been yapping about the expensive Inauguration.
“Families are poor as he’s having an expensive Inauguration.”
During his second inauguration, Bush was accused of the same thing after word got out that military money wasn’t reaching the troops, money that could’ve better protected them.
Where was our Obama-hating, economic geniuses then? Remember, these are always the ones supporting the war in Iraq.
True enough, President Obama’s inauguration contained a high price tag. One of the explanations was planners expecting a high attendance.
Whatever the reason, I really didn’t give a damn.
Now, giving money to automobile companies that are known to make cars? Now, that pisses me off. I guarantee you. After they get the money they wanted, automobile companies are going to cut payroll and send the same jobs to another country for cheaper pay.
Another thing I noticed about Obama-haters, some swear up and down they aren’t Bush supporters. Okay, I’ll live with that.
Usually, I never write blogs this way, ending it with a question.
I’m just curious about what other people have to say about this subject, a subject needing some discussion. Tell your friends about this blog. Also, tell friends to tell their friends about it. If you don’t do that, that’s cool. Still, I would appreciate a response.
As for my answer to my own question, I’m keeping it to myself. I want to hear yours. Again, this is not a diss to all white people. This is just an observation I wondered across.
Why do white people make up the majority of Obama-haters?
Remember this?

No comment. I’m keeping it to myself too.
We cannot blame the white Americans because there have been a major discrimination to all African-American. Although Luther Kings tried to change the history, it is still part of the past…
just leave it for the concern party to answer. But bear in mind that we are living in a free society, everyone is entitle to his/her opinion.
I reserve judgement. I would rather give him time to prove himself one way or the other.

Very interesting article but only time will tell as for me I’m hoping he will be the best thing since sliced bread for the American people.
Interesting is all I am going to say…
Well, I think one reason would be that White people make up a much higher percentage of the population.
And another reason, because Republicans are usually thesouthern states yeah? (I like in the UK so I’m not sure about most American stuff) And that’s where racism is worse.
that’s the reasons that I csn think of
I’m white, I’m a veteran of Iraq, Afghan and southern watch. And I don’t hate Obama, I hate his politics. I don’t like that he supports 10 year old girls getting abortions without their parents knowledge. I don’t like that he wants to be friends with the terrorist countries that provided the extremist weapons that killed my battle buddies on my last deployment. I don’t like that instead of creating jobs he wants to put more into welfare to keep the poor poor while making them believe he cares. And I didn’t like Clinton for the same reason. I’d be all about Conde Rice or Colin Powell though. Also, most black people that support him do not know his politics or how his policies effect economics. He’s a smooth talker and thats what a lot of people wanted.
It might have have something to do with the fact that as far as I know white people are still the majority meaning there is more diversity of opinion simply because there are more of them.
I’m white, I voted for Obama, and all of my white friends voted for the man. I take that back, one of my white friends did not vote for Obama and it had nothing to do with race. It had everything to do with policy and ideology. My friend did not agree with Obamas liberal stance on abortion, particularly late stage, partial birth abortion, and with the $650 million dollars that Obama has allotted from the stimulus package that will be spent on the purchase of new automobiles for government workers. I think that you forget or do not realize one very pertinent fact: that the white vote put Obama into the White House. White America voted for Barrack Obama in droves, they saw the man, not skin color. If white America had not voted for Obama in such vast numbers, Barrack Obama would not be President of the United States today. Unfortunately there are morons and cretins, EVIL, stupid people who hate others because of their race, but prejudice works both ways. I believe that we are ALL children of a loving God and because of that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect and love.
This is going to be a tough four years for Obama no doubt, only time will tell what kind of president he turns out to be, but the fact is he is the president and we should support him as he heads up our nation. I’m a wasp voter and I will still pray for and support our President.
I am white like several other of your commenters are. I for one think we are past due having a black Presient, but Obama is not the one for the job and for that matter some people say that Clinton was the first black President. That is mostly said in joking but I must say that Clinton and Obama’s politics are very much the same and is the reason that I didn’t vote for either of them.
I could never vote for anyone that is for abortion unless it would be for health reasons, and I disagree with them on the issue of gays as well. Come to think of it I disagree with them on just about any subject that I can think of. I am neither a Republican nor a Democrat, but I consider myself an Independent when a label is neccessary. I would not hesitate to vote for a black just as I wouldn’t hesitate to vote for a woman if the right one was to run. Hillary would never get my vote even if she had been a man she wouldn’t have gotten it as long as her politics were the same as they are now. Sarah Palin on the other hand I would vote for; although, she is a woman and even if she were black I would still vote for her.

Why are most Obama supporters black? The game goes both ways.
I don’t think that there’s one reason for something like this if it’s factually based. I also think that many people gave their support TO Obama BECAUSE he was black. Maybe someday we will take our focus off of skin color. That would be a big step for this country.
Interesting topic.
I’m white. I voted for Obama and some of my friends and family voted for him. Some did not. It had nothing to do with his skin color. It had to do with his politics. One of the reasons I voted for him was because I hoped he would get our soldiers out of harms way. I have grandsons who have been in Iraq. One is now trainig to go back for his third time. I have great hopes for Obama to get us started in the right direction.I don’t expect miracles. Bush has dug such a deep hole that Obama has his job cut out for him.
I’m a white person that found your article very interesting. I voted strongly for Obama. I think Bush was the worst! But the answer to your question–”Why do some white people hate Obama”. It’s merely a symptom mostly of “racism”. If someone asked “Why
did so many blacks despise George Wallace then the answer is the same. “Racism”. Sad to say it will be around for a good while still. Our world needs to rise above that word “racism”. We need a system that teaches higher values and though we all are improving
I’m afraid it will take a little more time. Let tolerance at least begin with you and me because If we can’t attain tolerance someday–
God have mercy upon us.
Aye, I’m white, but I’m British. The main reason Obama won, was he was simply more charismatic. He made use of all mediums of communication via the media with far more skill than the McCain campaigners, and was not burdened with associations with the failings of George W Bush.
Remains to be seen how effective a world leader he will be, but if I was to voice my oppinions, I believe he may very well have been a better choice than McCain, certainly a better choice than Sarah Palin.
A good article, hilarious but definetly relevant videos! (”Is he a terrorist?” “He may be…” “And you may be a redneck.”)
can you believe how dumb these people are its the same ignorance that the world could do without. All thay have to do is get their head out there ass for one minute and take a look around themselves. Good Work Princess to expose this kind of stupidity and ignorance.
wow i dont even know what to say i just didnt know there were so many rednecks out there willing to expose themselves props to you though this was really kind of funny sound bites and yet also kind of disturbing
I didn’t vote for him because he came out of nowhere, was extremely secretive about his heritage, he lied constantly, he only said what the people wanted to hear!!
He cannot shoot from the hip when giving a speech, has to use a teleprompter…..
Now his policies have cost this nation to fall. He signed two very questionable executive orders as soon as he went into office:
1. Making his birth certificate(not his certificate of live birth) secret along with his school records and financial statements.
2.Signed an order paying for Palestinian Hamas to come here and live…
No I’m not racist, but I can see a fallacy here….
The perfect African American President; Morgan Freeman. We know he’s a citizen, he cares about the country, and he doesn’t cower to foreign nations…
Because white people make up the majority of the American population, comrade.
White,Black,Blue,Pink,Yellow,Green,Orange,Purple…what does it matter..I dont like what you are saying and i am sick to death of hereing about white this and that.Im sorry here but would you every here a debate about how many coloured people voted against bush or clinton?Stop being racist against white people. We are all the same and deserve the same respect..
I want to know why Bill Orielly and the rest of Fox news away say bad things about Obama why not good thing.People like that should get over it.I guess Obama haters will be Obama hater Because he is black. Scary but true.
Maybe it’s because the majority of Americans are WHITE! I’m not being arrogant, it’s a statistical fact. However, now that Obama has had time in office to show his true self, even people of his own race are regretting their support for him. He is ruining America and as a side effect, he’s bringing down the economies of world too. It has nothing to do with his race. It’s his POLICIES!! Only we can’t comment on his policies without the race baiters crying RACISTS! Yes, we are all entitled to our own opinions, I guess under those same rights, you are all entitled to judge our opinions as being racists when they disagree with yours. It kind of sucks though. Because he is an African-American, we are forced to support his policies or risk being alienated by the MSM and others who like to point out that most of his opponents are White. BTW, most of Mugabi’s opponents are Black. Does that mean anything to anybody?
There is no doubt in my mind that the majority of the black vote went too Ohbama. No matter what their political leaninfg was. Unfortunatley racism goes both ways McCain would have picked up white democratic votes, but I think with a smaller %. I feel also the anti Bush vote would also have hurt McCain. So was this a raciest vote, I am afraid that in the main it was.
How do you know most Obama hater’s are white? How do you define “Obama Hater” ? People just spout out things on the web without any precision of facts or clarity of thought. I am white, conservative and not rich. I dislike the politics of Obama in addition to Nancy Pelosi, Reid, Kennedy etc. Their socialistic philosophy runs counter to everything I believe in. I don’t hate any of them. I would just like to see them out of power.
