How do you know who really needs it?

There are times people do need help. Times when people loose their jobs, illness. Even then they should be tested for drugs and a back ground check.

There should be a six month period, if the person still needs assistance they should be retested.

There are thousands of people who receive food stamps who are using and abusing the system. They take their money and buy TVsdd, expensive clothing, etc., while receiving 4-5 hundred dollars of food stamps per month. They have money to buy drugs, alcohol, tobacco, but no money for food.

I don’t believe any one in America should go hungry. We need more screening and drug testing to filter out the people abusing the system so  there will be help for those who do really need it.
