The main reasons why the House needs to pass President Obama’s stimulus plan.
As of now this country is in desperate times. As time goes on we are starting to see jobs lost, the worst economic set back since the Great Depression, and hope for the future. President Obama has proposed a $820 BILLION dollar package that is supposed to help us or even get us out of what we are in. In the past week the Senate passed the bill and now it is time for the House to. A little fun fact I guess is that not one Republican accepted this proposal. Thanks to the country for electing a majority Senate composed of all Democratic members. Anyway here are some of the most important reasons why the House needs to pass it:
1. The most important reason is, to get us out of this economic crisis.
2. To tighten our relations with other foreign nations.
3. The last important reason is to prove that President Obama is the “real deal” (I say this because many people that voted for Senator John McCain believed that President Obama was very inexperienced).
The House should pass the proposed bill within the month. After this happens will should start to see an increase in The Stock Echange and the 4,000,000 (4 million) jobs either saved or created by this proposal. By having this happen we will become a stonger country. Also as President Obama said at his Inagural Speech, “We cannot prefer leisure over work” which is basically saying even the people with money must help and pull together with the ones which are not. I hope that this has shown further insight to why this is a VERY important part in our country. Thanks for reading!

You are dreaming. The stimulus bill will only grow government, grow the debt at an alarming rate and grow the taxes we are all going to have to pay over the coming years to pay for it!
