The United States has done much work in Africa, not only our government but all NGOs and private foundations. However, there are many issues relating to human rights in many African countries and some governments are very regrettable that some leaders of more Machiavellian. However, in doing so, often in China, a country that desperately needs additional resources to enter into agreements with governments and funds investment in infrastructure and the money paid by the government for resources like oil and minerals. They also sell often Nations weapons. This complicates the ability of U.S. to use trade to promote better human rights in Africa.

Does this mean that China does not practice in international relations? Well, the Chinese do not see that, that make what is good for their nation, regardless of how African leaders could do in the area, sometimes to his own people. A recent Rand report on China’s international behavior, the report of the World Bank have insisted on these feelings, taking into account the appeal of the approach to development assistance from China:

        African leaders generally welcomed the new approach to development assistance from China, thus avoiding any interference in internal affairs, emphasizes collaboration and solidarity among developing nations, and offers an alternative model development based on a more central role for the state. ”

In fact, China needs to examine attempts in the world and its future role as a world power in it. Please think about it.
