Is the new health care plan getting closer and closer? Obama says Yes.
On Wednesday President Barack Obama said that the United States is getting closer to the overhaul of our health-care. He is very eager for Congress to finish reforming bills before August. While Republicans are criticizing over the House bill in placed on Tuesday. stating that it will raise quality & reduce costs. Republicans are still criticising both bills.

Nothing unusual here. Typical partisan politics. What the Republicans don’t seem to realize is that even if they successfully block health care reform it will give Democrats a very powerful tool at which to strike back. I can just see the Democratic tag line of: “The GOP doesn’t care about the uninsured” on banners during the next election. In case the GOP and Republicans didn’t know their base is shrinking fast. Republicans were viewed as corrupt, inept, old men who care more about their party than their own country in the last election and it showed. The Republican party has been labeled the party of “no” and rightfully so. Regardless of the outcome this is definitely going to yet another thorn in the side of the GOP that will come to haunt them in years to come.
