Black House Insider: The War on Terror Finished and USA Won Obama Says! (Obama’s Winning Strategy)

The one thing that is quite funny is that the information that led to this victory was obtained from water boarding and hard interogation, the aspect of intelligence operations that Obama campaigned against including his vow to close Guantanamo. It was because of these techniques and the interrogations that got this very information to lead take out of Osama Bin Laden. Now Obama is rushing to Ground Zero tomorrow to continue to score political points to try to raise hias approval raiting which had slipped to about 40% before this. Now he hopes to use this to increase his slipping popularity. He was just in New York City about 10 days ago for three different campaign fund raising political afairs. This cost New York City and the US taspayers millions of dollars in security measures so he could raise campaign money for his presidential run in 2012. Now he’s back a few days later for more political capital. He could have just as easily gone down the street to appear in front of the Pentagon in DC or to Pennsylvania where flight 973 crashed in the isolated town of Shanksville. He chose NYC.

He can’t declare the War on Terrorism is over because he always tried to say that there was no War.

Also note that when he announced that Bin Ladenm was killed it was to make up for those lost at 9/11 – he did not mention all the lives lost in Afghanistan or Iraq or the [poor innocent civilians in those countries AND Pakistan. He also said during the campaign that he would opull out of Afghanistan by June of 2008. ??????? He got a lot of the support for his presidential victory because he promised an end to the War. ?????

Forget bigotry for just one moment. I think it is absolutely wonderful that America finally got a black President. It is unfortunate that we got the wrong black man, a small time local politician instead of a much more qualified national black figure. There were many respected nationally recognized black people far more qualified but voters vote on looks and momentum. Young handsome guy with pretty wife and darling children. Runnign against an older man with crippled arms, who appeared to be much older when contrasted against Obama’s youthful good looks. The election of 2008 was a combination of Obama winning a popularity contest and enough people voting against the partyhy of George Bush.

As a prwsident, Barack Obama is ineffective at best. I also think America is overdue for a woman president. When that happens I hope we get the right woman. I didn’t think Hilliary Clinton would make a good president because of her baggage with Bill Clinton. But now I realize that she would have made a far, far better president than Barack Obama.

For one thing, she would have tried to fix the financial crisis first BEFORE passing the utterly useless Health Care Bill which will eventually be modified or dismantled piece by piece. It is horriboy defective legislation. Most of the Democrats who voted for that bill admitted that they did not read it. It took Obama 18 months and all his honeymoon political capital to get that useless bill passed while the Nation’s economy wentsunk. That conomioc crisis was mostly created by the mortgage banks and was set off by the man in overseeing the mortgage banks, Barney Franks, who allowed people to get mortgages who could not begin to pay them back. “Allowed” is the wrong word- he encouraged and pressured banks to make bad mortgages.

Sorry to rerun the campaign but you have to realize that Obama has never stopped campaigning and everything he does, even in this historic event is a result of his politics. He is great at campaigning; he is horrible at governing.

Greg Miller, what about officials saying the infor that led to the killing of bin Laden was not obtain by waterboarding???

Your title’s wrong. The war’s not over. Obama’s great but he hasn’t quite finished off the war effort in the Middle East (the ‘War on Terror’ as Bush defined it will never end).
