RE Osama Bin Laden. Significant push to take him out months ago. Senior WH staff resisted. This was cause of much strain between HC and Obama/Jarrett. HC and LP were in constant communication over matter – both attempted to convince administration to act. Administration feared failure and resulting negative impact on president. Intel disgusted over politics over national security. Staff resigned/left. Check timeline to corroborate.
Now Intel already leaking to media facts surrounding how info obtained. Namely from enhanced interrogation efforts via GITMO prisoners. Obama administration placed in corner on this. Some media aware of danger to president RE this and attempting protection. Others looking for further investigation. We are pushing for them to follow through and already meeting with some access.
Point of determination made FOR Obama not BY Obama. Will clarify as details become more clear. Very clear divide between Military and WH. Jarrett marginalized 100% on decision to take out OBL. She played no part. BD worked with LP and HC to form coalition to force CoC to engage.
IMPORTANT SPECIFIC: When 48 hour go order issued, CoC was told, not requested. Administration scrambled to abort. That order was overruled. This order did not originate from CoC. Repeat – this order did not originate from CoC. He complied, but did not originate.
Independent military contacts have confirmed. Stories corroborate one another. This is legit.
The killing of Osama Bin Laden was in fact a Coup within Obama WH.

What I had heard on the media was that there was an opportunity to bomb the building and Obama had insisted on a special ops mission for “proof”. I was impressed with his decisiveness: mostly because it would have been the very first example of it I’d ever seen during his administration. In other words: it breaks with Obama’s “modus operandi”.
Your information therefore squares better with what we actually know about him. Let’s wait to see what happens. I hope someone actually calls for investigations and the enhanced interrogation info actually plays out. OUCH!

This Ulsterman story came out hours before that photo of Obummber sitting in his golf shirt came out. the photo totally supports what the insider said happened all the way down to Jarrett not being involved in the situation. Now I want to know who released that photo because it makes Obama look BAD BAD BAD.
Reading some reminders on several blogs now has me feeling a little sad. Remember when the Obama Admin wanted to charge the lawyers who came up with the enhanced interrogation techniques guidelines with a crime? We were all worried these guys could actually be put in jail simply for serving their country? Remember when the libnuts were accusing Cheney of having his own personal assasination squad? You know, the same squad that just killed Osama bin Laden? Remember how Obama refused to attend any of the 9/11 memorial events at ground zero since elected (did not attend 9/11/09 nor 9/11/10). Well, he now plans to visit ground zero this week….and, no doubt he will give a big speech there.
I hope these intel and military guys now know without any doubt the true measure of the work they did way back when. I hope they feel redeemed against Obama’s prior smears.

In EVERY instance the Prez is to have the largest chair in the room and be seated at the head of the table. Knowing Obama probably wanted some type of plausible deniability if things went wrong it is entirely probable that the WH insider story is true.
I think that picture shows one thing: they were watching our soldiers kill people. Thats not a good thing for anyone to see, and it was likely horrifying.
Unlike those on the right who so often cheered the military, President Obama clearly wont use phrases like “smoke em out.” Whats going on in that video is awful, but i think after eight years of republicans with armed escort saying iraq is great, a president and cabinet actually watching and ‘being there’ as much as a modern leader can be, is refreshing.
Its a look of horror and disgust, with strange conflicting feelings of relief and doubt that this was the right thing. Oh, and I do not think the fight was over while they were watching. a desperate fear of our soldiers being killed; thats about the sort of expression id think youd get.
And its not like no one knew there was a camera. That was literally the best they could muster considering what was taking place infront of them.

Additionally, I like how the idea is that Obama didn’t want to kill bin Laden for some reason, except that during the campaign he said several times that he would go into Pakistan with or without their permission if we knew he was there – he did exactly what he said he would do in 2008. And by the way, he did give credit to the Seals who carried out this mission. He also Gave credit to the intelligence community who broke to him the fact that Bin Laden was in the compound. It was his decision to not bomb the place to correctly identify Bin Laden and to gather major intel. President Bush went against the intel given him when he went into Iraq. He was given intel that said there were no weapons of mass destruction and that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. He ignored that intel. So Gunny when you talk about disrespecting the military maybe you should consider that President Bush sent troops into Iraq to get killed without the proper exit stratagy. So let’s get this straight: This story claims the U.S. military staged a coup, overriding the commander in chief on a military operation with enormous consequences for national security and foreign policy. This is all based on a memo supposedly written by an anonymous insider and interpretations of body language in a photo. If true, everyone in that picture is letting this coup happen. If true, every single shred of information and evidence in the public domain is a fraud. I don’t know what is sadder: That this Ulstermann would concoct this story… or that so many people could believe it. Sad. Very, very sad.

I have no idea how much, if any, of this story is true, but there are a couple of interesting points…
If Obama knew the raid was going down when it did, he would not have to be rushed off the golf course. (Please don’t say he was providing cover– this was top secret and no cover was needed. ) The Commander in Chief should have been at the WH getting late reports on the operation, as important and dangerous as it was. Why would he be on the golf course at such a time– if he knew.
Also, have not seen Valerie Jarrett in the photos, as others have mentioned. That does give some credence to the story– a little credence.
And there are now corroborating reports that Obama did delay from possibly as far back as last year, and he certainly delayed over the weekend, saying he needed to “sleep on it”. That is the reported delay due to cloud cover, which fits the facts.
But time will tell how much is true. Those who are “sure” either way are speaking foolishly.
I read through every post on this site and there was only one that noticed that all the visible laptop screens were dark. Why were they dark? An obvious reason is that they would not want to have a group photo taken with those screens active. But if that’s the case, then they all knew a photo was going to be taken (because it was preceded by turning off those screens) and thus they needed to pose. Also, there are photos of something lying on Hillary’s laptop. Why weren’t those turned over? So, these are two questions for those with inquiring minds that want to know.
And to my friends on the left: yes, sometimes we on the right get a bit worked up about Obama. I guess we are slow learners. As I recall, you guys spent eight years absolutely annihilating President G.W. Bush over every little thing he said or did. What I CAN’T believe is the followup to such a truimph for our side…..giving in to political correctness by refusing to release photos when the main reason Obama decided to go with a raid on the compound instead of bombing was supposed to be because he wanted “proof” for the conspiracy nuts in the Muslim world who would deny it ever happened since a predator attack would probably wipe out most evidence. Then we’ve got the conflicting stories of the details…come on guys..get it straight. It’s starting to sound like we don’t know what we are talking about with varying stories coming out each day. We’ve now got the native Americans mad about the code name …this is turning into a farce.
Then to top it off I read that Obama “staged” the announcement to the nation. There is so much political posturing going on here that whatever goodwill we had in the country three nights ago is rapidly evaporating.
The operation was an unqualified success. The followup is turning into a disaster.
Pretty hard to screw up the story of the decade but it looks like this administration is managing to do so. The Insider said that this WH is deeply divided. Everything we are hearing and seeing in the past few days shows that this WH does not speak with one voice.
This validates what the Insider has been saying for some time.
Look at the photo. Obviously none of you have ever been in the military.
The CoC is sitting in the corner of the room, not in the power seat position at the end of the table. He doesn’t have a computer at the ready, the way HC and DC (and others) have at the table.
Note a 2 star General seems to be incharge, of at least the communications coming into the room. Typically that person sits at the front of the table (or middle) of the table, and the leader sits at the end. Note the high back chair for the 2 star, and the presidential seal on the wall behind him (haif blocked by those standing) THAT is the pwer position, and the CoC isn’t in it.
I don’t know if he is angry, but I have read in other articles he was playing golf when called in after 9 holes, vs his normal 18. Since the white house does’t have a golf course, he flys in the helicopter to either the Army or Air Force course close by.
In summary, Obama clearly wasn’t in charge, came late to the party, and the others let him have a seat in the corner. At least he didn’t have to stand in the back by the door.

I personally feel that the image was modified. Some of the angles at which a few of the people had their heads seem rather awkward. I also think that Mr. Obama’s head has too sharp of an outline.
