Obama’s plans are to make Joe carry the big stick.

“No one messes with Joe!” Obama exclaims, referring to his Vice as his big stick type complaint department with a stern smile.  It was such a powerful moment in the speech that Joe Biden blushed.  The crowd loved it.  He continued on to hammer his decisions home with conviction and humility without all the references to “crisis” so as to avoid panicking the American public again.  He made the problem smaller by making all the pieces of the economic puzzle seem to fit together.  Such a determined young President with his blushing older sidekick shall root this financial slide in real terms and real determination.  Their combined presence will be felt in politics for generations to come.
