Attorney General Eric Holder, head of the Obama Department of Justice, declares the NBPP voter intimidation case a made up story – despite pages of evidence and video proving otherwise.

In a New York Times report this past week, Attorney General Eric Holder revealed growing unease over the prospects of soon-to-come House investigations against a number of issues related to the Obama Justice Department. One such example of this unease are the comments Holder made regarding the now infamous New Black Panther voter intimidation case.
The notion that this made-up controversy leads to a belief that this Justice Department is not color-blind in enforcement of civil rights laws is simply not supported by the facts,” he said. “All I have on my side with regard to that is the facts and the law.
It is both astonishing and troublesome to have a current Attorney General of the United States be so dismissive of a case that was proven within a comprehensive report by the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights to have both merit and far-reaching evidence of wrongdoing. That report revealed repeated acts of cover-up by Attorney General Holder’s office, as well as an institutionalized climate of race-based bias against non-minority civil rights cases. Such bias, and Holder’s seeming indifference, led to the resignation of Department of Justice attorney J. Christian Adams, who in a report by the New York Times in June of 2010 said the following:
The New Black Panther case was the simplest and most obvious violation of federal law I saw in my Justice Department career. Because of the corrupt nature of the dismissal, statements falsely characterizing the case and, most of all, indefensible orders for the career attorneys not to comply with lawful subpoenas investigating the dismissal, this month I resigned my position as a Department of Justice (DOJ) attorney.
The former comments by Adams are clearly in stark contrast to the most recent comments by Attorney General Holder. Where Adams describes the New Black Panther voter intimidation case as a “most obvious violation of federal law”, Holder calls it a “made up controversy”.
Now it is up to House Republican leaders Lamar Smith and Darrell Issa, who will lead the Oversight and Government Reform Committee. In his most recent remarks to the New York Times, Holder admitted to already having lunch with Smith and expressed belief the two will be working well together. Last March both Smith and Issa released a joint statement regarding Holder’s mishandling of the New Black Panther case:
“We’ve already seen this administration dismiss one case against a political ally — the New Black Panther Party — for no apparent reason,” Mr. Issa and Mr. Smith wrote. “We remain concerned that politicization at the Justice Department once again may result in the administration’s political friends getting a free pass.”
And here we have a video clip of the head of the New Black Panther Party admitting members of the NBPP did in fact engage in voter intimidation in 2008, but then happily stating the case was dropped when the Department of Justice “fell into the hands of a Black man” – Eric Holder.
And here is the same Malik Zulu Shabazz glorifying Osama Bin Laden in 2002 – the same man and NBPP organization Eric Holder refused to act against as Attorney General of the United States:
Here is a video of the brother of Malik Zulu Shabazz, King Samir Shabazz – the very man filmed holding a nightstick outside a Philadelphia polling office. In this video clip King Samir Shabazz is screaming for the murder of white people and their children. Clearly Eric Holder knows of this man’s repeated threats against whites and the U.S. Government, his organization’s urging of violence, and yet, no charges were brought against this man by Barack Obama and Eric Holder’s Justice Department for his open violation of federal voting rights laws – a case Eric Holder now dismisses as “made up”…
And lastly, here is an image from the official 2008 Obama campaign website detailing an endorsement for Obama by the New Black Panther Party. This endorsement remained on Obama’s campaign website for over two months before it was taken down – and that happened only after Fox News began reporting on it…

good article!
If the Justice Department refuses to take up the case or make any charges, who or what is the next step up the ladder with authority over Justice? Is Congressional oversight the only option?
Holder interfered with the “pay to play” investigation of Governor Bill (Judas) Richardson. The DOJ attorney handeling the case was told to stop after Obama was elected. Richardson got his “free pass” after he delivered New Mexico.
Why do we feel it is necessary to get the liars involved with this? The DOJ is a joke, always has been. The only way to stop all this is conceal carry. There wouldn’t be much need for a lying judge/prosecutor.
King Samir Shabazz you hold your wussy nightstick I hold my gun. Which do you think will be more intimidating?

Don’t worry about any truth getting out about Obama. If any truth raises its head, ABC, CBS, NBC, and CNN will nip it in the bud. Protecting Obama and the future of world socialism is far more important to them than any “truths”
How Eric Holder ever made it this far is beyond comprehension! The New Black Panther voter intimidation ‘allegations’ are just icing on the cake. Not only is President Obama incompetent to govern, he filled key positions with incompetent scholars, elites and radicals that have no practical experience to speak of.
Mr. “Obama” (39 SSNs=at least 38 felonies. Is ANYBODY paying attention?)
Holder and “O”:
Cynical, egotistical, suffers from a sense of self-importance. The kind of person who could look in your eyes with an angelic expression and tell you a LIE. THIS is the kind of person that the KGB was the most interested in using.
