How Much Does Mitt Romney Earn?

Mitt Romney’s gross take home pay was a mere $21.7 million in 2010. The poor darling earned even less in 2011 having seen more than a million dollars less topping up his hoard. Yes, this man is struggling to keep the wolf from his door as in 2011 Mitt Romney only made $20.4 million dollars from investments, dividends and profits.

Unlike the Americans Mitt wants to represent by becoming the President of the United States of America in 2012 Mitt does not have a job which pays a wage. So technically speaking Mitt is paid less than the minimum hourly rate for bringing so much joy into the lives of all those he profits from. Unlike other Americans, Mr Mitt pays taxes in the region of 15% of his gross income. Those who Mitt Romney seeks to represent – if they are lucky enough to have a job – pay in the region of 30% in taxes.

Mitt Romney also gives to charity. Mitt actually gives more to charities than he pays in taxes. In total Mr Mitt gave away $7 million to charities during 2010 and 2011 and another $6.3 million went to the IRS. This means that Mr Mitt and Mrs Mitt only had $28.8 million (that is under $29 million) to get by on. How do they do it? God only knows.

Dark Days Ahead for the Romneys 

If Mitt had been made to pay the same tax rate as the average American he would have had to survive on about $12 million per year. This would have equated to ONLY $230,769.23 (less than a quarter of a million dollars) per week. Despite this Barrack Hussein Obama believes that millionaires and billionaires should pay the same proportion of their income as tax to the average American teacher or fire-fighter. This is proof (if you needed it) that Obama is a Communist and the reds have come from underneath the beds.
