First Lady Boredom is Dangerous

Have you noticed a trend among the First Ladies in our country?  They are in a position of power and influence and yet they have no real responsibility.  So even those who have children under roof, apparently get bored and need to start meddling in people’s lives.

Recently in the news you have been hearing about Michelle Obama’s anti-obesity campaign on behalf of school children.  The Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act will not reduced child obesity by one person, but it does qualify as the liberal social welfare program to secure votes for upcoming elections.

Hillary Clinton, when she was not helping Bill as co-president, decided to push government controlled healthcare.  Good thing it never launched because now obama is teaching us just how bad an idea it is.

What about Laura Bush?  I prefer Republicans and there is no doubt that she is a far better woman than Hillary or Michelle.  And yet, she spent her time promoting educational programs.  Her husband’s ‘no child left behind’ gig has possibly accomplished nothing, and the government school system is more of a disaster than ever, even though we continue to pump billions more into it.

First Ladies have idle hands, and idle hands get into trouble.  In the case of democrats, idle hands ‘do the devils work’.
