Our second installment of the latest D.C. Insider interview…
Author’s Note: This interview took place just prior to Nancy Pelosi’s successful bid to remain as the House Democratic Party leader was known.

Ulsterman: …The birther thing? You heard something on that?
Insider: I sure as -expletive- did. And they said it came from Pelosi herself…
Ulsterman: Yeah? So…
Insider: Oh, I thought I’d just leave it at that! Yeah – that’s it! (laughs)
Ulsterman: C’mon, knock it off. Did you hear anything or not?
Insider: Now don’t go crying on me kid…you are one uptight dude…ok then – yeah, I was told somethin’ related to that birther stuff. Directly or indirectly, hell if I know. Speaker Pelosi been mouthin’ off against the president for some time now, right?
Ulsterman: Yeah – I think you’ve said that a few times before.
Insider: Well, she was at it again and then she says something along the lines of, “How about I just hand over the goddamn certification file. They want me to go there? Because that’s where they’re pushing me.”
Ulsterman: Certification file? What is that? Do you mean certificate file? Birth certificate?
Insider: Hell if I know – no…it was certification file – assume it has something to do with the whole birther thing – eligibility maybe? Just thought you might want to hear it. Just thought you might find it…interesting! It’s an odd thing to say, right? And it’s even odder that it was said like that period. The person who shared it with me thought so. Then again, they also said Pelosi was for certain heading out of Congress not so long ago, so who knows anymore. Looks like she’s clawing her way back in, the tough old -expletive-. But if you want to chase that particular tail in a circle I thought I’d throw you that bone. Go fetch! (laughs) …I don’t mean to laugh. Hell, fact is people are talking about this subject. Nobody wants to admit it in the open, but they are talking about it. Or whispering at least – but I want nothing to do with that -expletive-. Something like that will get your ass killed. No joke. But there it is – call it a peace offering for my rudeness to you in that last email.
Ulsterman: What am I supposed to do with that? You already said the birther stuff was not related to the White House scandals that are supposed to be coming soon. And if you want nothing to do with it why would you even bring it up? You put out the idea of a big scandal or scandals coming and then throw out birther information. One isn’t related to the other? You sure about that?
Insider: Oh, they’re not – no-no-no. Forget I even mentioned it. Just-just forget that. Nonsense. All of it nonsense. And if it ain’t…I ain’t touchin’ the birther garbage or the missile garbage or the gay club in Chicago garbage, or the gay lover -expletive- , or anything else that the nutjobs out there have thought up. No different than people running around saying Bush caused 9-11, or Cheney goes around shootin’ people in the face! (laughs) -Expletive- country needs to grow up! No, let’s just stick to the real deal, right? Because THAT is what is going to kick the president’s ass – and I’m talking kick that ass right to the goddamn curb! You got that? TO – THE – CURB. You hear the reporting – it’s out there. You read it, right? We got the DOJ, we got the bank closures, we got the Rezko sentencing, we got the Blagotrial…all this -expletive – and more…everything is coming together. Everything that has been ignored for too long is finally getting some attention. And these dogs will hunt – I guarantee you that. Those Republicans on the Hill? Oh yeah, those little -expletive- are gonna bring the hammer down on this. They are gonna break every damn thing open until they find it – and they are gonna get help from some Democrats along the way. And you know the president knows it. His people know it. They are all hunkered down, eyes shifting this way and that, wonderin’ if it’s gonna be this scandal or that scandal or this, that, and the other scandal. One is gonna lead to one is gonna lead to the other.
Ulsterman: But if Pelosi keeps her leadership position, and it looks like she will —
Insider: I wouldn’t bank on that just yet – we got more and more people telling her to step the -expletive- down. Stand aside. Don’t be surprised to be surprised on that. I said she was done as Speaker, and I was right on that. I said she-she didn’t have the support to be party leader and I still stand by that. Still standin’!
Ulsterman: What if she does stay on as Minority Leader? Any effect on the scandal? Investigations? The Obama White House?
Insider: The number one impact is on the Democratic Party – and it would be a terrible-terrible thing for us. It’s inconceivable. Do you get that? Keep in place the same damn party leadership that cost us to lose 60 odd seats in the House? Why in the hell would we do that? Why? There is just no damn way the party is that stupid. No. Cannot be.
Ulsterman: What other impacts? Complications?
Insider: Of Pelosi staying on as party leader? Plenty. For one, it makes me question myself – my information, and that would make me very-very nervous. I don’t like to receive surprises. Like to give them. Don’t like to get them. That would be a nasty little surprise come my way.
Ulsterman: But why? Why does it matter if Nancy Pelosi stays or goes as party leader?
Insider: Do I need to talk a little slower here? Hello? Hello? (laughs) See that photo? (points to picture of Insider and -name withheld-) Now that White House took some incoming, let me tell you. We were up to it with all that-that Republican -expletive- they threw at us. I mean every -expletive- day. Day after day after day it was something else. But we weren’t surprised – we were rarely surprised I should say. We always had an idea of what was coming. What was next, right? So you can sidestep all that -expletive- and just keep on walking. You survive to bury your enemies, right? But that kind of thing takes the right information, it takes reliable people telling you the right things. We had that. I was told Pelosi was gone. “DC toast” I was told. Many times, by people who should know. If she were to actually stay on, that throws the whole process into suspicion. Now I can’t trust my own judgement, let alone what someone else is telling me, right? You get that-that, what I’m sayin’? Pelosi being gone is part of the deal, the-the-the process by which the White House is in for a real old fashioned Washington D.C. ass kicking. Hell, from my perspective, her staying on might very well signal a deal breaker. A goddamn deal breaker! But that ain’t gonna happen. No sir. Unless I’m wrong of course – then this thing is a cluster -expletive- multiple times over.
Ulsterman: I’m still not understanding why Pelosi being in or out is such a big deal. You’re not making that clear.
Insider: Or you’re not listening…
Ulsterman: No, I’m listening. You’re not explaining it.
Insider: (Hands cover face – then looks back at me.) Ok…ok, here…here is – I strongly suspect Nancy Pelosi has certain information, or parts of information, that-that would be essential to helping certain investigations against the White House. Investigations that could lead all the way to the top. It was my understanding that Pelosi had decided to let this information be known to others, say members of a committee, in her…absence. She would be gone, living the good life out there in California, not part of the investigations, not the cause of the disclosure, you know, that kind of scenario – though I think she has let some stuff get out there already as a way of telling the White House to back the -expletive- off. But by laying back on all of it, she would have necessary separation from it all. Do you understand?
Ulsterman: Better, yeah. Keep going…
Insider: Ok, so if I’m being told this, being told repeatedly that Speaker Pelosi has had it with the White House, has had it with the president, is gonna help send them all packin’ away to political has-been street, and then she actually stays on as party leader, that means something happened. Something changed from what I am being told. Or somebody got it wrong – and either way, I can be -expletive- over on this whole thing. Do you realize how powerful a Speaker of the House really is? And Pelosi is about as tough a Speaker as I’ve seen. Tough-though lady. Not someone you wanna make an enemy of, right? So…if-if…if she stays on as party leader, that means she was got to. That means she made a deal. And if she was gonna help crack heads over at the White House, that means she probably made a deal with them, right? And that means this information she was supposed to help leak out there to the rest of us, to others, will probably disappear.
Ulsterman: But the Republicans will control Congress. Pelosi won’t be Speaker. Seems like that information would still get out there. Why wouldn’t it?
Insider: Because the only way the White House would agree to a deal is if they were given that information to keep for themselves or had assurances it as no longer available. They are not going to just allow Pelosi to keep holding it over them. You see, the White House was sending out strong signals that Pelosi must go. I know this. I heard it first hand from members of Congress. She is gone. So if she all of a sudden stays, and stays as leader of the party, that means the White House stopped pushing for her to be gone. And that means a deal was made. And THAT means I’m left scrambling for cover in all of this. And so is everyone who has been talking to me. The Republicans don’t take over until 2011, right? Whatever information Pelosi has on Obama – and she has it. Don’t you doubt that. She’s got it. Well, that information could easily be no more by January. Bye-bye, gone. Replaced, misplaced – never was, never will be again. That -expletive- happens all the time. I mean all the time.
Ulsterman: You say that from personal experience?
Insider: No comment. And -expletive- you for asking.
Ulsterman: All right… how about you lay out for me how this scandal is going to go down – IF it goes down? How do you see it developing?
Insider: Developing? Hell, it’s developed! It’s a living, breathing monster out there right now! What did I tell you before – what was it – weeks ago? Months ago? That was you, right? I said watch the DOJ -that place is a mess and it’s about to get a rash of -expletive- come down on it. That is where I said all of this will start to unravel… I said it’ll start in Washington DC and then move on out to Chicago – and when that happens, this White House is in some deep -expletive-. They are gonna be swimming in it. And dimes to dollars Pelosi has some of the information. And when she steps aside, or is voted down, or whatever form it takes, then that information will be heading to the people who want to see it do the most damage to the Obama White House. And then the calls for someone to lead the party back to relevance will happen. And then comes the primary challenge in 2012. First the ice breaker challenger, and then the real deal – Hillary Clinton. And God keep her safe because we need her. How many people who voted Obama in those primaries, how many of those people now regret it? Oh man, there are a ton of those people! A ton of ‘em. Course, if this scandal goes into overdrive mode sooner rather than-than later, hell, you might just see Barack Obama say he don’t wanna run for a second term. I’d call it a long shot at this point, but you never know. You never know. Did you see the guy on TV the other day? He looked like he was runnin’on ’bout two hours sleep! You ever see clips of Elvis tryin’ to talk to an audience in those last years of his? The slurring, mumbling, the unfocused eyes? That’s our president! God help us all – that’s Obama! President Elvis -expletive- Obama! He’s either really-really tired all the time, or he’s over medicated, or he’s both. I keep waitin’ for him to say, “Thank yah…Thank yah very much,” at end of one of his speeches! (laughs) Ladies and gentlemen, Obama has left the building! We all wish, huh?
Ulsterman: Not a bad impression – you really think Hillary Clinton wants to be president? You have been on that this whole time. You really think she wants it? Would be willing to run in 2012?
Insider: Hell yes she wants it! You run for president – that stays in your blood man. It’s in your DNA. That never goes away. NEVER. But more than that, Hillary Clinton needs to run for president. – not for herself. For the party. For the country. She should run for president. She must run for president. And anyone who tries to say Hillary Clinton would be no better than Barack Obama – shut it. Open your damn eyes. Look around. -Expletive- anyone who says Hillary Clinton wouldn’t be better than this clueless train wreck we elected in 2008. Hillary Clinton could be a better president than Bill – and Bill Clinton was the best president we’ve had since…hell, FDR. And don’t you start in about Reagan because I don’t want to hear it! (laughs) I’m a Democrat kid – always will be. And so was Reagan before he found religion! (more laughter)
Ulsterman: So is the president…so is Obama…a Democrat.
Insider: (Laughter stops) Nooooo – I don’t know what he is, but he ain’t no Democrat. He’s Barack Obama. He’s in it for himself, but he ain’t no Democrat. He’s an entirely different thing altogether. People are seeing that now – more are anyways. No, this guy is destroying Democrats, destroying the party. He ain’t no Democrat. Hell, maybe, just maybe, all that birther -expletive- is right. Or maybe half right, huh? Maybe he ain’t even an American. But I ain’t getting my -expletive- wet on that one. No – you go on and help yourself to to all that nonsense if you want.
Ulsterman: By the time this is published, we will know if the Democrats kept Pelosi as the party leader. So what do we do if she does actually stay on?

The White House Leaker was WRONG. This guy is full of it and uses too many expletives, aka Rahm. Furthermore, nobody gives a damn about his Demo worshiping.
Sorry, but now the “Insider” sounds like a southerner. Earlier posts had a totally different narrative voice – people were speculating Rahm Emmanuel – and now he sounds like Carville. The Beast doesn’t buy it anymore.
Um… Certification. I said it before, and I will say it again, Pelosi certified Barry FOR Hawaii. Hawaii refused, so Nancy broke the law and did it instead of removing him from the Ballot. That she “took Obama’s word for it is BS.
She knows she can be prosecuted for it. Get her immunity and that old lady will sing. Mark my words.

Any connection between Pelosi retaining her leadership role, WH scandals and now, Rahm’s residential eligibility being seriously challenged ? Maybe they’re all being shut down. If Rahm is not friendly with WH, as mayor he could be in a position to control or manage Chicago dirt that might arise so, is it to Obama’s advantage to see him fail? There have been a lot of shots fired across the bow this week from prominent Democrats who had never dared voice concern or negativity against Obama until now. Shots I never thought I’d see. Sure appears to be a lot of insider discontent.
These posts keep setting off my BS alarm. Okay, at best, they HAVE to be being rewritten for dramatic effect. Things are said in too convenient a way for it to be otherwise. And does anyone else think that the delay in this post was to wait and SEE if Pelosi was elected, so he could insert the whole ominous ‘but she was re-elected… AIEEEE’ aspect in there?
At worst, this whole thing is a sham, written by someone news and politics savvy to be able to imagine what things are possible and be right a lot of the time. Either way, it’s a great read, so I’ll keep at it, but I wanted to caution people on some of the comments I’ve been seeing that read like something out of a Vince Flynn novel. Let’s keep the conspiracy theories about government hackers and CIA viruses to a minimum. This could just as well be some sort of Keith Olbermann patsy wanting to get an anti-Obama crowd all frothed up into thinking they’re in the middle of some spy novel, just to come out later and show the American people comments out of context to make the argument that we’re all unhinged

That is in reference to the certification to appear on the ballot in each state in the election of 2008. There have been complaints filed all over the country that they could not have proved eligibility with what had been made public with abstract (cherry picked) short form birth record with no supporting documentation. It was shoved under a rock in Texas where Boyd Richie, state party chair, signed affidavits when he had no idea if what he was signing was true or a “fairy tale”. Madame Speaker supposedly signed some of these fraudulent documents. This is what Madame Speaker is referring to and holding over the One’s head.

One thing to keep an eye on is Holder at the DoJ. His utter incompetency in the Ghailani trial this week could prove one too many failures for the Dems and pressure could be put on Obama to show him the door. If that happens, then all bets are off as Holder has to be one of the main cogs in the protection of Obama.
There is a lot of cognitive dissonance in this last interview with the “insider.” My take is that the insider’s attitude is no different from any other democrat attitude, narcissistic posture, self-serving, crime-ridden bunch that is today’s democrat political mafia. He is just in a rival gang, that is all. There are three gangs, each with its own “capo.” There is zippy and his, Mrs. San Franscico tuna and hers, and the Oinkubus and hers – backed up by Beelzebubba.
As a culture, as a population, as a collection of dissolusioned citizens of the United States of America, we won’t get anything but con and hustle from any of the three “gangs.”
The “insider” has talked altogether too much and has tipped his hand beyond recovery. He has made all the above quite clear. Ulsterman has been a party to this – perhaps innocent – but a party nevertheless.
I would not be surprised – at some future date – to see Ulsterman and the Insider together, on Dancing with the Stars.

It’s someone else. I’ve heard someone talk in these phrases before. Usually when what’s known best as “smearing” his targets. That said, doesn’t mean what he’s saying isn’t true. I’ve just heard the phrases and manner of speaking used before that he’s used in the last two interviews.
Whoever you are Dan, you have just submitted the most accurate accounting of what these interviews have attempted to lead us all to.
DOJ, DC, back to Chicago. You done got it! Now you all got to make sure Issa gets it. Watch Issa. Lets see if he can cash that check his mouth has been writing. Balls in his court now. Hopefully he’s got some.
I suspect that there is a scandal regarding his birth certificate, but different than most people think. In 2008 there was an obscure “human interest story” where Barack Obama was adopted by Native Americans. The newspapers all reported that there was a “private ceremony” where the press were excluded.
I think that Obama knew that he would be challenged on his “Natural Born Citizen” status because, even though he was clearly born in Hawaii, his father was not an American citizen, thus potentially disqualifying him. What I suspect Obama did was register the native American adoption with the state of Hawaii, thinking he could, for official purposes, launder his citizenship status. Under the adoption laws, if Obama did that, his original birth certificate information would be copied to a new birth certificate, the information about his parents replaced with the names and citizenship status of his adoptive parents, and the original birth certificate placed under seal.
Thus, when it came time to certify his eligibility for the presidency, he could request an official birth certificate, which would show him as the Hawaii-born child of two American citizens, Hartford and Mary Black Eagle, and no one would see it except for the certification officials, who would be prohibited by law from disclosing the surprising contents. Clever, eh?
Unfortunately, this “adoption” happened just a few weeks before the press came to a collective decision that the birth certificate issue needed to be put to rest, and pretty much demanded to see the goods. If this scenario is true, this would have created a huge problem — the State of Hawaii could no longer legally release a copy of the original birth certificate, because it was under seal. Only the new birth certificate could be released, and if it did, the United States would experience a once-in-a-generation WTF moment when his birth certificate — clearly dated and marked as “amended”, showed him as the Hawaii-born child of two American Indians from Montana.
The best the campaign could do was produce an old “certification of live birth”, dated months prior. Fortunately for them, the release of the certification launched the Birther movement in exactly the wrong direction, and turned a legitimate concern into a bathtub of conspiracy theories, which could be collectively discredited.
I suspect that this is why, according to the source, Nancy Pelosi would say, “How about I just hand over the goddamn certification file. They want me to go there? Because that’s where they’re pushing me.” The eligibility certification file might well contain a copy of the “Crow Indian” birth certificate, along with documents revealing the names of everyone who signed off on the deception.
Imagine the meltdown if that came out.
Speaking of the DOJ, here’s a recent November 4th executive order regarding the “Order of Succession Within the Department of Justice.”
Holder may really have something to worry about, but will it lead back to Obama?
There are some probs with JMS’s take on things.
First, the insider says the media is going to start reporting on the scandal that has the whole White House in a panic.
But there’s no way a story about Obama’s birth is going to “have legs,” as they say in the trade. In fact, it will go nowhere. Moreover, any attempt by the Republicans to pursue that line of inquiry will be surely portrayed by that same media as the Republican party being in thrall to the far right.
Since the GOP knows that full well, ———————- I don’t see the GOP following up on anything regarding his birth certificate, or the lack thereof.
EVEN IF the GOP had HARD evidence that Obama, our supposedly glorious “first black President” was a flat out alien, ——————— I’d doubt they’d have the nerve to lay out those grim details for an obdurately skeptical media.
One more thing, the insider says that the epicenter of the scandal is at Justice.
The birth certificate thing didn’t begin at Justice.
Imagine, for a moment, that zippy is found to be ineligible to be POTUS.
That would mean all the legislation passed in the last two years and signed by him would be moot.
Democrats – regardless of fighting among the three capos (zippy, pilosi, hillary) will do their best not to go there.
False trails are being laid out by a lot of people at this point.
If there are more than enough scandals to go around, democrats will channel some scandal other than a birther scandal to get rid of zippy.
The “Insider” is a stalking horse, plain and simple. Don’t buy his snake oil.

Dan – I don’t think it would bring him down per se either. To me, the most interesting thing about my theory is that, if true, no one would have technically broken the law, and all of the people privy to the secret would have legal protection in that they would be strictly following the privacy statutes with regard to protection of the confidentiality of birth certificate information.
I agree that, if true, this would probably not be the scandal referred to by the insider. I didn’t mean to imply that. I was really commenting on the possible meaning of Pelosi’s alleged comment about the “confirmation file.”
Werbaz — there is a legal principle, whose latin name escapes me at the moment — that says that if an official is sworn in, and later found to be ineligible for the office, that their official actions are *not* automatically nullified, specifically to avoid the chaos you contemplate. Perhaps a lawyer can provide the name for this principle.

Everyone in Our government knows the Truth that Obama does Not qualify to be POTUS.

You’ll have to admit there is more dirt turning up every day on Obama (just as the Insider has alluded to, regardless of the timing). His popularity has plummeted since these series began, including the investigations into the DOJ and the New Black Panthers, the Bank Scandal in Chicago growing, Dems turning against/leaving Obama, and now Soros has put the target on his back just a few days ago. This wasn’t even in the news when this series began back on September 7.
Concerning Pelosi, she just pulled a rabbit out of her hat to keep her job with everyone assuming she was gone because Obama had previously put out into the ether that she was “out”. I read it everywhere that Dems weren’t going to vote for her just a few days prior to her getting renominated. You notice this noise has now quietened. She knows where the bodies are buried and she used that info to stay in power.

Then if ,(and I don`t think so) Obama tries to run, the birthers and and tea party, will take to the streets.
