Oh No!
Sorry, celebrity misery lovers. Some of us just love to see celebrities fail. We eat Tiger Woods mistresses for breakfast, and Tivo reality shows where former celebrities choose to make complete asses of themselves. So when we hear that Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles are getting a divorce, it’s reason to gleefully click.
But alas, it’s just a rumor this time around. There is divorce in the air, but it’s actually Beyonce’s mom Tina Knowles who is getting a divorce from her husband Matthew Knowles. I could droll on about the details, but no one cares. Soon as they see that the super couple aren’t parting ways, interest will be lost.
A quick note to Jay-Z and Beyonce: Give us better news. This one sucked. We’ll be back when you guys really do split. (No doubt just as soon as one or the other of your record sales falters).
Now on to the next hot story, or the next Tiger mistress. Is that Britney Spears I see next on the list?
