The Good Old Days?
We do like to gripe and see the bogey man behind every bush, it’s human nature, and the only way our species could have survived. But let’s take a look around us and see what is really happening in our world. When you stop and think about it, we’re doing pretty well. A larger portion of us have homes than ever before. We are more literate, we have libraries with millions of books, and computers with world wide information is at our fingertips. You wouldn’t think so to hear the politicians and media, but more people are living in peace than anytime in history.
Could Social Security Have Worked If People Had a Greater Number of Children Who Were Responsible?
1. It appears as though people should get pay that may have been promised them, in turn for initially paying into the system
2. It may not be ethical to require people to pay into the system, yet forcing new people to pay into the system has been the means to repay those who payed initially.
3. If married couples had more than two children they could have got more than they put in, if goods were used rather than inflatable money.
Population Growth Control
A group who have changed their name from “Zero Population Growth” to “Population Connection” are advocating the control and eventual halt of human expansion. Wouldn’t using the planet’s resources more efficiently be a saner idea?
The Freedom To Build A New Home
Migrating is sometimes painful but necessary to fulfill a living and to be able to do all you want. Migrating is not rejecting a culture it is making it stronger and viable.
