What THE Measurement of a Plot of Land is in Nigeria?

In Port harcourt for example starting to own a property/ies may in the beginning be a tug or war, over demands by the state govt and indigenes, One thing of note is that decent residence in PH is very very rare, with increasing number of company’s and job seekers who daily desend into the town, it then become a paradise for homeowners and quite desperation for homeseekers.

Also,The current standard  plot size is 60ft by 120ft.  Same as 18m x 36m or 648sqm.  But this varies from what is still use in some other state.  For example Edo State and porthharcourt.  Were the standard measurement is 50ft x 100ft.  My advice is tobuy land in an ESTATE, to avoid some Government and indigenes [omo-nile] issues.
