How a six year old kid from Cambodia has a 20 foot Python for a sister.

Afraid of snakes? What if I would tell you that in a small, but truly amazing country called Cambodia, you can find a young six year old child that has befriended a 20 foot snake.

Yes my friends, this is yet another unbelievable, but true story. The boy is called Sambath Uon and his 20 foot pet Burmese Python is surprisingly called “Lucky”. Personally, if I would see this so-called pet nearby, the lasted thing I would be thinking about is luck, but like I mentioned before, amazing country.

The intimate relationship between the two started when the young and admirably brave Sambath was actually even younger than he is today, much younger, to be accurate, when he was only three months old. His parents found lucky, then “only” 50 cm long, inside their humble home. They carefully returned him to the nearby forest. Not long after, Lucky re appeared in their home again, curled up comfortably beside their new born. Again but this time with caution, they returned Lucky to the forest. It didn’t help, Lucky persisted.

Since then they are like best friends, more like siblings according to Kim Kanara, Sambath’s mother. “We would find Lucky asleep next to Sambath. They have slept together for the past six years. She is a member of our family now. We shelter, feed, bathe and even pray to her.”

so you can all see it with your own eyes. To tell you the truth, I was skeptic myself until I saw the video. On the bright side, I guess they don’t have any rat problems.
