The number of wealthy people in the Asia Pacific region jumped sharply and beat the Europeans.

The population of wealthy people in the Asia Pacific region surges primarily driven by the skyrocketing number of super rich people in Hong Kong.

In 2009, the number of wealthy people in the Asia Pacific region was almost the same as in Europe. But now the number of wealthy people in the Asia Pacific region has reached 3.3 million people, beyond Europe’s only 3.1 million people. Millionaire must have at least U.S. $ 1 million.

Asia Pacific’s strong performance is important as part of any company’s strategic plan. Asia Pacific is now in second place in terms of the number of the richest people in the world, after North America which has 3.4 rich millionaire.

Growth in Asia, mainly triggered by the explosion of wealthy people in Hong Kong, which grew 33.3% in 2010 become 101,300 people, compared to the year 2009 which was only 76,000. This is the wave for 2 consecutive years in the super-rich city with the most rapid growth.
