Online Activist Takes on The Australian Government

The online Activist group calling themselves “Anonymous” released one of their latest propaganda videos on YouTube challenging Kevin Rudd’s censorship policy. They demand “the abolition of the censorship plan proposed by the current government” and “the resignation of the Australian Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, Stephen Conroy”. Saying Conroy is “a man who has no level of understanding of the topic he is dealing with. This is a man who readily supports the abolition of free speech in exchange for social security”.

Threatening the Australian Government saying they will release all currently blacklisted sites along with plans to bring down their “full-fledged wrath” upon the Australian Government. It’s unclear whether or not the Australian Government is going to respond to this retaliation against internet censorship or just ignore the threats.

Anonymous has also been known for targeting the Church of Scientology and has stated in the video their “soldiers currently fight the Iranian government”.
