A well-known convicted serial rapist called the “Elevator Man” who had for a long time been wittingly playing on the sympathies of his victims by pretending to be a blind man before sexually assaulting and poisoning them has finally been arrested by the Russian police in Serpukov.
The 45-year-old Oleg Kosarev was nabbed in a Serpkhov apartment according investigators after he asexually ttacked two Russian teen girls in an elevator in April this year. Eye witnesses say, Oleg was wearing dark glasses when he threatened to kill two high school girls with a knife in the elevator of an apartment building. Though the girls were not killed this time, he robbed them of money, jewelry and cell phones before sexually assaulting one of them.
It was this trade-mark manner of attack on his victims that alerted the Moscow police who circulated his criminal profile to the Serpukov police authorities and the information helped the police to Arrest him.
In the 1990s, Oleg is on record to have attacked a number of minor teen age girls in elevators on a daily basis . He would take pictures of his victims after the raping and killing them with poison. He had only recently been released from a Moscow jail in 2010 after having served a 15 year sentence for sexually assaulting 40 teen age girls sexually and killing quite a number of them. After his arrest however, Oleg Kosarev is said to have confessed to sexually assaulting up to 137 minors although he was convicted for assaulting only 40 under aged girls and poisoning them by the courts. It looks like this man has some kind of evil spirit that drives him to do his crimes in an elevator.

Thanks for telling us about it.
Its really sad.
I am surprised he was released from prison when he has ruined so many young lives. I think he deserves a life sentence.
