Haiti Earthquake Kills >30,000

A devastating earthquake with a magnitude of 7.0, enough to completely flatten Haiti’s capital, Port-au-Prince. The epicenter of the quake was a mere 10 miles from the city, killing thousands of innocent people. It is the worst earthquake to rock Haiti in over 200 years. Please pray for Haiti, the families of those who have been lost, survivors, and all that are offering aid at this troubling time. It is times like these when we truly see what is in the hearts of us. I say us, not us as in Americans, but us as in humans. We are all human. We care for each other. Regardless of anything else, that is what we do. If only it didn’t take a situation like this for us to all really express this. Again, thoughts and prayer to Haiti.
