An Oatmeal Recall?

     “Hi Kevin”

     “Hi Bob”

     “Hey Bob, did you here that there was an oatmeal recall across the US?”

     “What? Really? Tell me more”

     That was Bob and Kevin talking, Kevin didnt know much more so he asked me to explain it to Bob and to anyone else so he wouldnt look stupid again.

     So yes you heard correctly there has been an oatmeal recal across the US. Why? Its because the oatmeal may have had some Salmonella in it because it is made in a plant that also makes dried milk. It is not very likely that it does but its better to just be safe. The Brand is Malt-O-Meal so you shouldnt need to worry that much when buying other Brands.

    Some other things that have been recalled at about the same time are such as Meijer brand hot chocolate mix, for most likely the same reason. Everyone please be safe and if you have bought Malt-O-Meal oatmeal.
