A convicted killer has yet again been charged with murder.
Police say Tommy Page, a man who served part of an 18-year sentence for a 1995 murder of a Nashville man, has killed again.
Page has been arrested and charged with the shooting of Wayne Moore on March 4th, 2009, at an apartment complex on Litton Avenue in Nashville.
Moore was killed by Page and a man named Stephen Lowery, apparently over a dispute concerning personal debt.
This case is still under investigation.
