US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, landed in Moscow on Monday to discuss Iran and other potential crisis spots across the world with Russian Leaders.

Hillary Clinton, the US Secretary of State, is in Russia discussing possible sanctions against Iran.

Mrs. Clinton intends to put pressure on Russian leaders against Iran if the regime fails to adhere with International demands to show the world its nuclear programme is one of peace. This according to senior US State Department officials.The Secretary of State arrived in Moscow from Belfast on Monday and it is believed there are a number of “heavy schedules” and “Meetings” with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov regarding the Iranian situation.Also on the agenda are discussions regarding Afghanistan and  talks to difuse an anti-missile race in Europe.North Korea will also be covered during the talks after the country set off some short missile tests earlier on Monday.Other discussions will be the extension of NATO and the situation regarding Georgia after the conflict with Russia from last year. Issues including human rights and arms control will also be covered.This is Hillary Clinton’s first visit to Moscow  since becoming a top diplomat. She is part of US President Barack Obama’s team who stated he would “reset” US-Russia relations.
