The Kelly Thomas murder builds some momentum… After a month!
A month ago Kelly Thomas a homeless Schizophrenic, was beaten to death in Fullerton California by police. The reason… They believed he had burglarized several vehicles in the district. When the police pulled up Thomas ran off, fearful of being arrested, what he undoubtedly never expected was to be beaten to death by those cops, who in between hits and kicks, discharged tazer guns a minimum of six times into the man.

After a whole month the FBI have placed the six cops who carried out the attack on “involuntary leave” while they carry out an investigation. There has been no mention as to whether this is paid or unpaid leave!This case has taken a record 31 days to get to this state of affairs, and a very sorry state it is too.
In further revelations Kelly’s father Ron Thomas has revealed that when he was told that his sun was in hospital, he believed that it was thugs that had carried out the atrocity, it was not until after three hours later that he discovered that his son had been attacked by the police force, the same police force that Ron Thomas worked with as a trainer.
The most disturbing aspect of today’s news was that the FBI and the District Attorney office used the most bizarre terminology when speaking to the police, they stated that they were looking into whether Kelly Thomas’ civil rights were violated during the incident. Being as the man was beaten to death, it’s this authors view that his civil rights were the very least of the violations that occurred through this horrific murder.

Excuse me,but if you or I had beat someone to death,we’d do life in prison or be on death row,no mater what we thought the person did.
The law says that people with schizophrenia are not responsible ofr their actions as they are “certifiably insane”… but when the killers are sane that is another ball game!
If some one is interested to see how the law makers are breakers, please, do check Bangladesh police, justice system and even Government activities. Only seldom one two injustice vs. general practice, rather malpractices are different to react. So, I’m not at all shocked or amazed with the news.We have more shocking stories to tell, in all the arenas.
Poor Kelly, He met the same faith that Jesus went through, When they crusified him and hang him to the cross to die. Don’t worry Kelly, they will meet there faith one day. For sure!. ” Karma is a bitch “. And these people are police officers acting like criminals. What happen to, ” To serve and protect” If you ask me they should me charged find guilty and sent to jail for life. That is first degree murder. Bunch of animals.
