A sixty-seven-year old man survives a massive fall, but it seems he was not alone.

Mystery surrounds the strange discovery of a man in Castiac, California found days after his car plunged over 200 feet from a mountain road.

David Lavau (67) was reported missing early last week after he failed to return home. Police and the telecommunications networks worked together to Triangulate Lavau’s mobile phone signal, the phone was out of Lavau’s reach for the duration of his car imprisonment. His family stated that the first thing he requested after arriving in hospital was a chocolate malt.

Fire Services Rescue The Man

Lavau’s movement in the car was restricted after fracturing several ribs, multiple fractures in his back, a dislocated shoulder and a broken arm. Lavau stated that he never gave up hope of being found, even as the days passed.

Meanwhile a short distance away from Lavau’s car another vehicle was found with a dead man in it, it is not known if the two cars came off the mountain road at the same-time or if it was another remote freak incident.
