Neo-Nazis get Neo-Nuremberg Trials.
Neo-Nazism has become a problem in the United States.
The government should establish military tribunals to try them. Those tribunals should be formed when 1) someone is accused of murder; and 2) that individual admits to being a Nazi/Neo-Nazi.
Other strong evidence of Neo-Nazism includes any of the following:
1) Swastikas
2) Black shirts or brown shirts
3) Hitler-style mustaches
4) Anti-Semitism
5) Advocacy of concentration camps
6) Advocacy of gestapoism
7) Advocacy of military aggression.
After World War II, the Allied Powers established a military tribunal at Nuremberg, Germany to try the Nazis for various offenses, including murder. Justice Jackson of the United States Supreme Court was appointed prosecutor. The trials continued for years after the war.
Incidents of Nazism have been frequent since Kurt Waldheim took over the United Nations in 1972. The best way to stop Neo-Nazism in this country is to establish Nuremberg-style tribunals, try the Neo-Nazis, and execute them upon conviction.
