People living in the drains under the streets of Las Vegas Nevada.

Did you know that there are people that live under the streets of Las Vegas. Matter of fact there is a community they live in like 300 miles of storm drains which the regional flood control district built. People have no idea that they are there, they can do whatever they want. Most of them living down there steal money and look for credits left behind on slot machines to buy food drugs.The tunnel floors are full of nasty muck and garbage along with needles and people passed out here and there. They have make shift little homes in side the drains, each little home can consist of a living room with a couch, maybe a stereo and a bedroom with a bed usually separated with some kind of curtain or hanging blanket. There is no running water, or air conditioning, it is nothing fancy, but it is a place to go. They say down in the tunnels cops do not bother them, out of sight out of mind. Nevada ranks second in the nation in homeless population. What a harsh reality, People continue to live unseen in the drains under the streets of Las Vegas.
