Two Years Old Pointed a Loaded Rifle at The Police

The following story will not be forgotten so soon in the hometown of Elvis Presley: U.S. authorities have filed charges against a woman who left her three children in the car while she went into the beauty care salon to do a manicure. “Fox” news reported today (Wednesday) that police in Memphis have received reports of abandoned children inside a start-up vehicle and arrived as fast as they could.

When the neglectful mom, 23 years old Erica Brooks, arrived to her car she told the cops she that just went to the bathroom. However, the police found that she had lied to them after they found records of a nearby beauty care salon that she has been treated with her nails. While the mother talked to police, one of her children, a toddler aged two, pointed a loaded shotgun at the police.

Surreal story did not end there. When the policemen asked the mother for her driver’s license, she added insult to injury and dropped a bag of marijuana from her purse. Brooks was arrested immediately and the charges against her are drug possession, neglect of children and possession of firearms.

 The children, aged four, two years and nine months were transferred by the authorities to the custody of  Brooks aunt.
