Wythenshawe Sex Beast Finally Bought to Trial

This is David Richard Taylor from Wythenshawe (UK), a man who has wrecked the lives of at least eleven children over a period of forty years.

Taylor who previously served time in prison for murder, after deliberately running a man over in his car in 1986 after a row over a cigarette, is now going to prison for twelve years after raping 11 boys and girls over a forty year period.

Taylor is said to have carried out his first attack back in 1972.

His life of rape became unravelled late in 2009 when two girls (aged 10 and 13) reported being sexually assaulted by Taylor. Taylor is said to have raped victims as young as 5, with his oldest victim being 13.

Taylor now nicknamed the Wythenshawe Sex Beast, was released from prison under license in 1999 after the murder of Andrew Williams back in 1986, it is said that within a short time of his release, he had raped a young boy.

Taylor had only raped girls prior to his conviction for murder in 1987, but after his release from prison seemed less fussy about the sex of his victims.

Yesterday Friday 8th of July, he was given a life sentence (12 years) for raping eleven victims in total, making this his second life sentence. It is mortifying to think that having already ended one mans life, Taylor once released from prison went on to ruin the lives of others, scarring future and existing relationships for ever.

Taylor was defiant throughout the trial, claiming his innocence, as the ruling was given he looked around the courtroom in an “evil manner” as if issuing a warning, before being led away to carry out his sentence.

At 66 it is unlikely that Taylor will ever see outside life again, but it does raise the question about whether life should really mean life, when it comes to sentencing.
