Police pick up the guy in Middletown, CT.

Raymond Clark was picked up late tonight, around 10:20 P.M. after police were watching his house all day. The breaking news was on the bottom of the screen during Big Brother 11 tonight on WFSB. Police found the body of the Yale grad in the wall of some new construction. Police served two warrants for Ray Clark’s arrest. One was for Ray Clark him self while the other was to search his apartment. They are not saying that he is definitely the one as they have interviewed over 150 people and have taken DNA from other people as well.

According to police, he will have DNA samples taken tonight in Meriden and if he doesn’t cause any problems, he will be released. My question is WHY!?

Why do they bring suspects in and then just let them go? I don’t care if it is just a suspect. He should have to stay in police custody until his DNA is proven not to be involved in the murder. I live within minutes from the guy’s apartment and this just makes me feel so comfortable to live this close and yet he can walk free. I don’t understand why there is so many legal rules to follow when it comes to someone who MIGHT have murdered someone. I would rather keep them locked up a bit too long then to just let them roam free and have to try to find them again. I truly hope this means the end of a nightmare weekend for both families involved in this horrible murder.

With all the updates from www.wfsb.com and their news on TV, police acted quickly when she went missing. Although I am not comfortable with Ray Clark being released tonight, I am certain that if he is the one, he will very quickly be brought back in for more interviews and questions. Every time I heard about the wedding that was scheduled, you wonder what kind of person could end another life like that. I truly hope the family of Annie Le and her fiancé’s family are able to cope in this hard times. According to the reporters of WFSB, Ray Clark him self was also engaged.
