Police in Port St. Lucie, Florida, determined the target as 34- year-old Christopher Cipra, who was associated with the occurrence that occurred at the Floridian National Golf Club late Tuesday evening.
An initial examination revealed 3 people left the club in a golf cart and were taking a trip back to a home in the area, authorities stated.
