Popular St. Louis Attorney, Charles “Ed” Brown, Dies After Alleged Suicide

A statement from St. Louis’ Brown and Brown Law Firm declared the passing away of Attorney Charles “Ed” Brown, a principal partner at the firm.

Police and Emergency workers responded to a call reporting the discovery of a body at the Gateway Tower building at about 4:30 p.m Monday. Following their arrival, Attorney Brown was pronounced dead at the scene.

Although sources from the police revealed that he probably jumped from down the tower commiting suicide, the precise incidence surrounding his death his unknown at the moment.

He was known to have notably handled thousands of traffic tickets and criminal cases.

He, with his brother Dan Brown, talked about their love for St. Louis in many infomercials that usually aired in the overnight hours.

The firm in a statement requests respect for the family’s privacy in what it called a difficult time.
